The Telair Silent Plus 5900H Air Conditioner allows you to regulate the temperature by cooling or heating the interior of your van, camper van or motorhome with ease during your road trips.
The Telair Silent Plus 5900H air conditioner stands out for its smaller dimensions than conventional air conditioners used in vans and motorhomes. With its rooftop unit (98 x H 23.9 cm), this model is specially designed for converted vans and small motorhomes .
Reversible , it is equipped with a heat pump to heat the interior of your converted van and your camper van in winter and an air conditioner to cool your vehicle in summer.
As its name suggests, the Silent Plus 5900H air conditioner is very quiet, which provides additional comfort during use. You can therefore rest peacefully even when the air conditioner is on.
Two models are available , each equipped with a heat pump and cooling power adapted to the size of the vehicle:
The 5900H model is suitable for vehicles from 5 to 6.5 meters long. It offers a cooling power of 5900 BTU and a heating power of 1730W. This model is energy efficient (about 2.8A on average), which allows it to be connected directly to the battery (via a pure sine wave converter of at least 1500 W) for operation while traveling.
The 8100H model is suitable for vehicles from 6 to 7.5 meters long. It offers a cooling power of 8100 BTU and heating of 2370W.
Equipped with cutting-edge technology , this air conditioner uses R32 refrigerant gas, which has a global warming potential (GWP) of 675, the lowest compared to all current air conditioners for mobile vehicles. This gas reduces the risk of environmental pollution by 70% compared to old refrigerants.
The internal diffuser is stylish and compact , with a thickness of only 4.2 cm, which makes it easy to install thanks to its small dimensions. It ensures a homogeneous and pleasant diffusion of air throughout the living space . It is equipped with a light blue multifunction display and LED lights that can be controlled by remote control .
The remote control allows you to select different modes: Cold, Hot, Fan, Automatic . It also includes a “ Timer ” function . You can also program an ideal temperature and set a timer so that the device turns off automatically, for example.
Designed to fit into your vehicle's rooflights, the Silent Plus 5900H air conditioner is lightweight and very easy to install on the roof using, for example, the hole in the rooflight. All you need is an opening of 40 cm x 40 cm depending on the model selected.
In terms of installation, the Silent Plus 5900H has a power of 1730 W and can be connected to a 230 V mains power supply or to a 12-230 V converter of at least 2000 W continuously, thanks to its low consumption. This allows the air conditioning to be used even while driving!
