You're in luck! We prepare your shipment ourselves and ensure that it is packed with care. Any product on our site that does not indicate "out of stock" is in our warehouse and ready to be shipped.

SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER |
We ship orders from Monday to Friday. Depending on the hour of your order, we will ship your order the same or following day. Casambu ships all orders made before 10 the same day with Chronopost.
Shipping costs include preparation, materials and delivery costs.
! For any 24h Chronopost delivery, the package is sent the same day if the order was made before 11 am. If the order was made after 11 am, the order will be shipped the next day.

Information regarding shipping to Switzerland :
Customers purchasing from Switzerland buy from Casambu without the French VAT charge. A charge of 20% French VAT will automatically be deducted during the ordering process.
IMPORTANT :
The billing and shipping address must be in Switzerland. Upon purchasing products from Casambu, the Swiss sales tax of 7.7% and customs fees are due at your expense.
