The Ceramic Mold from Omnia is ideal for cooking with your Omnia oven.
With its non-stick ceramic coating, it prevents food from sticking while cooking and requires no fat or oil. You can thus pour your cake preparation directly into the mold without worrying that the dough will stick during cooking.
It is heat resistant (250°C) and does not contain polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), meeting the requirements of the German LFGB law and the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration).
Easy to use with the Omnia oven, it also cleans very quickly.
The Omnia ceramic mold is used to replace the aluminum mold, located between the base and the lid. It will complete your range of Omnia oven accessories, for simple cooking during your road trips in you van, motorhome or RV.
