That’s great news! We prepare every parcel ourselves and take particular care when packing your order. All products shown as in stock on our online store are ready to be dispatched.

4 important things to know about delivery:

Dispatch within 48 hours.
Delivery to your home, a post office or a pick-up point.
Free delivery to a pick-up point on orders over €89 (mainland France only).
Delivery is available to France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, the United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland.

DISPATCH OF YOUR PARCEL

We dispatch parcels from Monday to Friday. Depending on the time at which you place your order, it will be dispatched on the same day or the following day. Casambu makes every effort to dispatch all orders placed before 9:00 a.m. on the same day with Chronopost.

The delivery charges shown below include order preparation, packaging and postage costs.

Important information about Chronopost Express 24-hour deliveries (France only) :

All orders placed before 11:00 a.m. are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day.
Chronopost Express 24-hour dispatches and deliveries take place from Monday to Friday.

Some bulky items, such as roof tents, bike racks and similar products, cannot be dispatched to all the countries listed above. Please contact us so that we can check together whether delivery is possible.

Important information for Switzerland and the United Kingdom:

Customers residing in Switzerland or the United Kingdom purchase from Casambu WITHOUT VAT. French VAT at 20% is automatically deducted during checkout.

IMPORTANT:

The billing and delivery addresses must be located in Switzerland or the United Kingdom. Upon receipt of the goods, local VAT — 8.1% in Switzerland and 20% in the United Kingdom — together with any applicable customs duties and clearance fees will be payable. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the €19.90 delivery charge.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

When receiving your order, it is essential to check the condition of the parcel and its contents carefully in the presence of the courier, carrier or pick-up point representative.

If you notice any damage or other issue, please report it immediately to the carrier, courier or pick-up point and provide a precise description of the damage observed.

For your claim to be taken into consideration, you must submit it to the carrier within 3 working days of receiving the goods. This procedure is essential so that we can exercise our rights against the carrier and offer you an appropriate solution.

Please note that our online store cannot be held responsible for damage occurring during transit. If your delivery is damaged, submitting a claim to the carrier will enable you to request compensation or a replacement.
