Nothing is better than a good homemade pizza, especially when we are on a road trip and outdoors!
The Cadac brand pizza stone was created for barbecues and gas stoves in the Safari Chef range (and can also be used on gas barbecues, electric barbecues and electric ovens).
Its diameter of 25cm adapts perfectly to the Safari Chef barbecue and allows you to prepare a large pizza.
The stone is a heat-resistant Cordierite stone which allows the humidity of the dough to be observed. It offers a very crispy crust when cooking.
This pizza stone can also be used to bake bread, focaccias or croissants and pain au chocolats!
Maintenance advice: clean the pizza stone with a dry cloth, without using water or soap.
