The Ascent -1C down sleeping bag from the famous Sea to Summit brand is a very high quality sleeping bag designed for bivouacs, camping and road trips in a van, camper van or roof tent.
Its RDS 750+ Loft goose down filling with Ultra Dry Down treatment provides excellent insulation , better water resistance in humid conditions, and good thermal regulation. The Ultra Dry Down treatment minimizes the negative effects of humidity. The Ascent -1C down has been designed for temperatures down to -1°C (Limit Temperature) and 3°C (Comfort Temperature).
Very soft to the touch thanks to its 20D nylon lining, it is also very light thanks to the materials used: the nylon membranes offer lightness and compactness. Its outer shell is very resistant and anti-scratch.
The Ascent -1C sleeping bag is very compact and has been designed to be easily stored in its Ultra-Sil™ compression sack . You can slip it into your backpack and have room for other essential equipment when hiking or bivouacing. It is also water resistant which will allow you to set up camp in the rain without worrying that your sleeping bag will get soaked.

The Ascent -1C down sleeping bag is equipped with a Free Flow zipper system to regulate temperature and configure the sleeping bag in different ways. It is equipped with different zippers :

A main double-slider zipper that extends the entire length of the bag. It is equipped with a zipper protector.

A secondary zipper extends over half of the sleeping bag with 2 sliders and equipped with a zipper protector.

A zipper at the feet allows the bag to be fully opened for use while quilting, providing additional ventilation or greater freedom of movement.
The sleeping bag can also be paired with another sleeping bag thanks to its specially dedicated zipper , located on the left side of the bag.
