- How do I clean my cup?
Lemon juice can remove stains from Aventura Éditions enamel, such as tea stains on cups. Soak produce in hot, soapy water to remove baked-on food, but avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes as this may scratch the surface. Coating your pans with a light coating of oil before cooking can help with cleanup after use.
- If my enamel has a chip, can I still use it?
Yes. Like any other ceramic, the outer porcelain layer can chip if dropped, revealing the steel beneath. When this happens, the steel underneath naturally oxidizes and the enamel remains safe to use. Plus, in our opinion, it gains a little more character.
