The brand's cooking grates RoadBaker are designed to be used with the RoadBaker camping oven AND the Omnia oven. They allow you to brown or to cook by indirect contact all preserving the non-stick surface of the oven.
This set consists of 2 grids:
The lower cooking grid : it is placed in the bottom of the oven support and serves as a protective barrier between the bottom of the oven cavity and the food.
The upper cooking grid : it is designed to fit on the top of the RoadBaker oven (AND the Omnia camping oven) in order to brown, steam, cook 2 dishes at the same time or simply elevate your dishes.
The 2 RoadBaker cooking grids have silicone edges that prevent scratches and limit direct contact that could damage the non-stick coating.
These grids are versatile and practical: they are designed for baking ( rolls, mini pizzas, croissants, etc. ) as well as for savory and steamed cooking, vegetables or fish , in a camper van, van or caravan.
Compatible with most dishes, they offer optimal ventilation for even heat distribution.
