The Sumo gas stove from the JetBoil brand is a regulated stove offering a rapid boiling time for the preparation of hot drinks (coffee, tea, etc.), soups or freeze-dried and dehydrated meals. Its large capacity allows you to cook meals for 2 to 4 people.
Efficient and fast , the Sumo stove boils a liter of water in 4 minutes and 15 seconds, with half the gas consumption of standard stoves.
The large FluxRing cooking cup (1.8 liter capacity) allows you to cook for the whole family . It is equipped with an insulating neoprene coating to boil the water and keep it hot for longer . The cup is equipped with metal handles providing a good grip for cooking and eating directly from the cup.
To light it, the Sumo stove is equipped with a practical and reliable push-button (piezzo) igniter : it heats the water immediately and offers constant performance down to -6°C.
The integrated regulator allows you to gradually adjust the intensity of the flame and heat. You can simmer your dishes over low heat, brown your vegetables or boil water quickly.
The tripod (cartridge stabilizer), small and compact (and orange in color so you don't lose it) offers very good stability of the stove on imperfect terrain. After use, it clips into the lid of the stove for easy, compact storage.
The stove is also equipped with a bowl that clips onto the lower part when not in use. The bowl allows you to eat and drink and is also equipped with measurements in centiliters to know the quantities poured.
The Sumo stove is very easy to install and store . Thanks to its compact format and light weight (415g), it is very easy to take with you during hikes, bivouacs, and other outdoor activities. A cartridge (100g or 230g) can be stored directly in the Sumo cup.
