The Wayfarer uses medical-grade ultra-filtration technology that exceeds strict EPA and NSF/ANSI P231 protocol standards:

• Stage 1 – UF Cartridge (up to 5,000 Liters): Hollow fiber membranes retain 99.9999% of bacteria, 99.999% of viruses, and 99.99% of cysts and parasites.

• Stage 2 – Activated Carbon Disc (up to 100 Liters): It reduces chemicals (like chlorine) and heavy metals (lead, nickel, cadmium), while eliminating bad odors and unpleasant tastes for fresh, pleasant-tasting water.
