The Casambu gift card is a 100% digital card. Once ordered, you will receive it directly by email. It's up to you whether you want to print it or forward it to your favorite traveler.
- The gift card is valid on all our products and for a period of 1 year after purchase (it will surely be used long before ;) ).
- The Casambu gift card can be used on multiple independent purchases.
Do you want to accompany your digital card with a paper gift card? It's entirely possible ! We can send you:
- A Do It Yourself card and envelope, sent by email within hours of your purchase.
- A pretty card with its envelope, which we will send to you by post within 48 hours.

Terms of use
- Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase exclusively on www.casambu.com
- Usable, in one or more times, within the limit of the available balance.
- The Casambu gift card cannot be taken back, exchanged, reloaded, resold, or refunded – even partially (even in the event of loss, theft or end of validity), nor credited to a card or bank account. It cannot give rise to any change but can be supplemented by any other means of payment
- We recommend that you keep the purchase receipt for your card, the only guarantor of the start of the validity period of the gift card.
- You can at any time request the balance of your validity card as well as its expiry date by contacting the Casambu team by email (hello@casambu.com) and sharing the number of the gift card.
