Are you not 100% satisfied with your product? You've decided that you prefer a different color? No problem.
At Casambu, we allow you to change your mind by providing an easy and fast return system.
- Returns must be done within 30 days

- Shipping charges of 5.90€ will apply to the customer to take care of environmental responsibility.

CAN I RETURN ONE OR SEVERAL ITEMS? |
Yes. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order (applicable to France and European Union countries).
! Due to constraints related to import formalities, items delivered to Switzerland or the United Kingdom unfortunately cannot be returned.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR A RETURN ? |
We want our customers to be responsible concerning the management of product returns and the environmental impact generated by returns.
Therefore, we will apply the following return shipping charges to be paid by the customer. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the item(s).
- France : 5.90 €
- Belgium : 9.90 €
- European Union (outside of France) : the return shipping charge will be paid entirely by the customer.
Please contact us for all returns due to delivery problems or defective items.
Return shipping costs for heavy and bulky items* are the responsibility of the customer.
*Bulky items: Accessories in the "Fitting" category (rooftop tents, awnings, bike racks, kayaks, batteries, travel trunks, removable beds, coolers, air conditioners).

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS ? |
The item must be returned in its original condition and must be complete (packaging, accessories, etc.) within the withdrawal period of 30 days to allow further commercialization of the product.
Damaged, spoiled, dirtied, incomplete items or any other condition which gives the impression that they have been used will not be refunded. They can be returned in their current condition to the customer if requested and shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
During the period of private sales and reduced price sales, sale items are not taken back or exchanged.

CAN I EXCHANGE ONE OR MORE ITEMS ? |
We do not exchange items. Returns are only refunded. If the size or colour of an item does not satisfy you, we advise you to place a new order on our website.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS? |
For returns in France and Belgium:
Request a return via your customer account:
- Log in to your customer account by clicking the profile icon on the homepage.
- Click on the order for which you wish to submit a return request.
- If your order contains more than one item, select the specific items you wish to return.
- Select a reason for the return and add a comment to provide more details.
- Click on "Submit Request".
Send the package once the return request has been accepted:
- Prepare the item(s) to be returned in a cardboard box. Ensure the product(s) are intact, unwashed, and unused, with the original labels and packaging.
- Print the return confirmation email and place it inside your package. Please note: this document is essential for processing your return.
- Print the return label sent by email and attach it to your package.
- Drop off your package at the Chronopost relay point of your choice.
The use of our return form is mandatory. We do not refund return shipping costs incurred by sending packages without our official return label.
For returns in the European Union (excluding France):- Email us at hello@casambu.com to inform us of your return request, specifying your order number and the products you wish to return.
- Download and print the return form.
- Place the intact, unopened, unwashed, and unused product(s), with the original labels and packaging, in the box along with your duly completed return form.
- Drop off your package at the post office.

WHAT ARE THE REFUND TERMS? |
When our Customer Service has received and checked your return, we will directly refund you on the account used to make the purchase within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation by email.
When the refund is processed, the amount will appear on your bank account within about 3 days. Periods can vary according to your bank.
