We personally prepare your orders and pay close attention to every detail. All products listed as "in stock" on our e-shop are ready to be shipped.

4 key points to remember about delivery:

  • Shipping in less than 48 hours.
  • Delivery options: home delivery, post office, or relay point (pickup point).
  • Free delivery to a relay point for orders over €69 (Mainland France and Belgium only).
  • Delivery available to: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

SHIPPING YOUR PACKAGE

We ship your packages from Monday to Friday. Depending on the time you place your order, shipments are made either the same day or the following day. Casambu does its best to ship all orders placed before 9:00 AM on the same day using the Chronopost courier service.

The shipping fees below include handling, packaging, and postage costs.

⚠️ Important Information regarding Chronopost Express 24h deliveries:

  • Any order placed before 11:00 AM is shipped the same day. Beyond that time, your package will be sent the next day.

  • Chronopost Express 24h shipments and deliveries take place from Monday to Friday.

Bulky items such as rooftop tents, bike racks, etc., cannot be shipped to all the countries listed above. Please contact us to check availability together.


Notes for Switzerland and the United Kingdom:

Customers residing in Switzerland and the United Kingdom purchase from Casambu WITHOUT VAT. The 20% French VAT is automatically deducted during the checkout process.

IMPORTANT:

  • Both the billing and delivery addresses must be located in Switzerland or the United Kingdom. Upon receipt of the goods, sales tax (8.1% in Switzerland, 20% in the United Kingdom) and customs clearance fees will be due and are at your expense. These fees are not included in our €19.90 delivery charge.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Upon delivery of your order, it is imperative to carefully check the condition of the box and its contents in the presence of the courier, carrier, or relay point staff.

If you notice any damage or irregularities, we ask that you file an immediate damage report (reserve) with the carrier, courier, or relay point, precisely specifying the nature of the damage observed.

For your claim to be accepted, you must submit your request to the carrier within 3 business days following the receipt of your goods. This procedure is crucial to allow us to claim our rights with the transport company and provide you with an appropriate solution.

Please note that our online store cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during transport. In the event of a damaged delivery, only a formal claim filed with the carrier will allow you to obtain compensation or a replacement.
