Trobolo, the German brand of separating dry toilets, is designed for road trips in vans or converted vans, nomadic travel in roof tents, and camping.
The Trobolo dry toilet is an ecological solution and a good alternative to chemical toilets. It requires no chemicals, no electricity, and no water. This means you will save water during your road trips.
As its name suggests, Trobolo separating toilets separate urine and solid waste into 2 distinct tanks. The litter absorbs moisture from solids and reduces odors.
The 2nd generation of Bilabox dry toilets (improved version) is equipped with an integrated fill level indicator for urine, visible from outside the box. This allows you to quickly know if the urine tank needs emptying without having to open everything up.
The size of these dry toilets allows for 8 to 11 uses without changing the tanks (up to 20 uses for the liquid tank).

To use them, it's quick! Simply put a plastic bag in the solid tank and open the urine cap. Once done, simply close the cap of the urine container and put wood chips on the solids to dry them out and limit odors. You can then close the lid and store your Trobolo toilet in the space you designated for it.
