I forgot my username and/or password, what should I do?

It's very easy ! Your identifier is easy to find: it is your email address. To find your password, click on “My account” at the top of the home page, then “Forgotten password”. Enter your email address and you will then receive your new password by email. You will then be able to access your account.

How do I change my account information?

Log in to your “My Account” space using your email address and password. You will then be able to modify, add or delete a delivery address in the “My delivery addresses” section.


Are your products in stock?

All the products available on our e-shop are in stock and waiting for you on our shelves. They can therefore be shipped within 24 hours. Out of stock products are indicated on the product page.

What are the prices charged? Are they inclusive of VAT or excluding VAT?

The prices charged on the site are the prices recommended by the brands with which we work. Our prices are displayed All Taxes Included for orders to European Union countries.

What to do if a product is not immediately available?

If your product has been a victim of its success, you can contact us to find out the restocking date. With a little patience, you can then order your product as soon as it returns to our e-shop.

I would like to modify or cancel my order. Is it possible ?

This depends on the progress of your order. If your order is already in the "preparation in progress" status, we can no longer modify it. For any other request, please contact the Casambu team, with your order number and the reference of your product(s). by email: or via the contact form.

Has my order been taken into account?

After validating your order and making secure payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is an order summary containing the nature, quantity, price of the selected products, payment method and delivery address. If you haven't received it, remember to check your spam folder.

How can I find the details of my orders?

You can find the details and history of your orders on your account in the “Order History” section.

Is it possible to have gift wrapping?

Not yet but our team is working on it. We hope very soon :). We pack your orders with great care and can happily write the message you want to send to the recipient.


What are the delivery times ?

What should I do if my package is damaged?

We are sorry to hear this! First of all, remember to check your package carefully upon delivery. Any opened, damaged or wet package must be refused to the delivery person.

- Photos of the damaged product(s). It is important to keep the damaged product(s) in the condition in which you received them.
