The plate is placed directly on the 2 Cook 3 Classic stove or the stove 2 Cook 3 Pro .
The removable handle allows you to place and remove the plate easily and quickly without the risk of burning yourself.
The smooth cooking plate (or plancha ) has a GreenGrill ceramic non-stick coating . Your food will not stick or cling to the plate and you can then clean it with a soft cloth or sponge.
