The universal smooth plate (plancha) from the Cadac brand is an essential utensil for your nomadic kitchen. Compatible with all stoves , the smooth plate is placed directly on the pan support of your stove.
The removable handle allows you to place and remove the plate easily and quickly without the risk of burning yourself. You can use it as a frying pan and cook on the plancha, make eggs, bacon, crepes/pancakes, fish, etc.
The smooth cooking plate (or plancha) is made with a GreenGrill ceramic non-stick coating . This makes it easier to clean and will prevent food from sticking during cooking. You can then clean it easily with a soft cloth or sponge.
Once used, you can store the cooking plate in its storage cover (included) to protect it from bumps and scratches.
The Universal Plancha cooking plate can also be accompanied by a lid allowing you to cook even more recipes. (cover available on our e-shop).
