Usage tips

1. Before and during cooking

• Preparation: Wash your pan with hot soapy water and dry it thoroughly. The bottom must be completely dry before placing it on the heat.
• Temperature control: Preheat on low or medium heat for 1 minute maximum, then add a little butter or oil. Avoid spray oils and extra-virgin olive oil, which can damage the coating at high heat.
• Gentleness: La Fabuleuse heats up very quickly! Always cook on low or medium heat and avoid heating it empty. Use only wooden or silicone utensils.

2. After cooking

• Thermal shock: Always let the pan cool down before running it under cold water.
• Gentle cleaning: Prefer hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge and dish soap to preserve the non-stick coating year after year.
