The VeloSpace XT bike rack from the renowned Swedish brand Thule is a premium bike rack designed for vehicle towbars.
This versatile bike rack is suitable for all types of bikes: standard bikes, electric bikes, mountain bikes, fatbikes, carbon fiber bikes, and children's bikes. In fact, the long wheel supports allow you to transport large bikes (with a maximum wheelbase of 1300 mm).
The VeloSpace XT bike rack simply attaches to the towbar of your vehicle. Installation and adjustment are made easy by simply stabilizing the towbar mount and the clamping handle.
Once installed, loading the bikes is easy thanks to the removable mounting arms with a lockable AcuTight torque limiter. The adjustable micro-clip loops with tightening straps help to quickly secure the wheels (up to 4.7") and transport large bikes. When optimal tightness is reached, a click sounds. The bikes are then securely fastened for safe transport.
Loading the bikes is also made easier thanks to the large distance between the wheel holders (25cm) and requires little effort to lift the bikes.
When the bikes are loaded, the trunk remains accessible thanks to the very convenient tilt pedal. In fact, the bike rack locks to the towbar, and then the bikes lock to the bike rack.
When the bikes are not loaded on the bike rack, the Velospace XT bike rack can fold completely and can be easily stored in the trunk of your car.
The VeloSpace XT 2 bike rack can accommodate 2 bikes and 3 bikes with an adapter (sold separately). You can also add the lightweight cargo carrier (Thule BackSpace HT) to convert your bike rack into a cargo carrier and enjoy an additional 300 liters of space.
