The "La Fabuleuse" pan is the multifunctional utensil that alone replaces up to 8 kitchen tools (frying pan, sauté pan, saucepan, Dutch oven, cake mold, deep fryer, oven dish, and steamer).
La Fabuleuse features a healthy and ultra-performing non-stick coating guaranteed PFAS and PFOA-free (according to current regulations). It allows you to sear your food with very little fat without sticking, while ensuring easy cleaning.
Despite its generous capacity, it remains remarkably light (only 1.8 kg) and easy to handle.
Designed to adapt to all your culinary desires, it comes with a complete set of accessories:
2 detachable handles included: A long handle for pan mode and a short handle to transform it into a Dutch oven or easily slide it into the oven.
Stainless steel steamer basket: Ideal for healthy cooking and preserving the nutrients of your vegetables and fish.
Free wooden spatula: Adapted to the coating to avoid scratching it.
Self-basting lid: Equipped with a dimpled system that returns condensation to keep meats tender and moist, topped with a knob that stays cool to the touch.
La Fabuleuse is compatible with all cooktops and can be used in an oven up to 240°C. You can thus cook on an induction hob, gas, ceramic glass or electric. For oven use, simply remove the detachable handles and confidently place the pan in the oven up to 240°C.

1. Before and during cooking
Preparation: Wash your pan with hot soapy water and dry it thoroughly. The bottom must be completely dry before placing it on the heat.
Temperature control: Preheat on low to medium heat for a maximum of 1 minute, then add a little butter or oil. Avoid spray oils and extra virgin olive oil, which can damage the coating at high heat.
Gentleness: La Fabuleuse heats up very quickly! Always cook on low to medium heat and avoid heating it empty. Use only wooden or silicone utensils.
2. After cooking
Thermal shock: Always let the pan cool down before running it under cold water.
Gentle cleaning: Prefer hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge and dish soap to preserve the non-stick coating year after year.
